Quick question about recording with OBS. What is the ideal max bitrate for 720p 60 fps? A friend said 6000 kb/s would be good, but the video still looks a little fuzzy when there's more movement. Is this a good bitrate? Is the fuzziness due to that, or just the fact that it's 720p and a game with a lot of movement (Rocket League in this case)? Thanks.

I would say go for 12000. I believe that is YouTube's max bitrate, but I am not 100% sure (not sure if max bitrate for 1080p or whatever too)
