Don't put you title in all caps please.
yes, your memory is fine.  Any speed will work with any motherboard but the memory will run at the lowest speed, so if the mobo only supports 1600, it will run at 1600

It will work.

 

If it can't run at 2133 it will just downclock the ram to 1600mhz

2133, you could have found that yourself by googling the motherboard model and going to a store, like newegg, and going to specs.

Sometimes depending on motherboard. It wont boot at all. In which case you need atleast 1 with minimum speed.
