Don't put you title in all caps please.
yes, your memory is fine.  Any speed will work with any motherboard but the memory will run at the lowest speed, so if the mobo only supports 1600, it will run at 1600

It will work.

 

If it can't run at 2133 it will just downclock the ram to 1600mhz

2133, you could have found that yourself by googling the motherboard model and going to a store, like newegg, and going to specs.

Sometimes depending on motherboard. It wont boot at all. In which case you need atleast 1 with minimum speed.

yes the motherboard will adjust automatically

I came across it once but it was ddr3 ram.

DDR 2133 is 6600K standard ram I would think (assuming DDR4) 

 

but if you want to know for certain http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5606#memory%20support%20list this is the ram compatibility list for your motherboard according to gigabyte.

RAM speed doesn't really matter but it will work fine.
