My pc has been running windows 10 for quite sometime now (actually its on its 3rd image of it) and I have come across a problem which never happened in previous versions where when you shutdown the task manager cpu uptime counter says something strange (this morning it said my pc had been running for 3 days when i know i shut it down for the night). The only way to reset the timer is either to restart or hold your power button in (i don't really like doing the second option unless absolutely necessary)

I have looked up youtube videos about it but all they say is to fiddle with your power settings and disable "fast startup" but when i look there no such option exists and i have disabled hybrid sleep as well. And most of the videos were released in stupid 2015 so nothing is up to date (2015 is not stupid its just because none of the videos are relevant to my problem)

And before you ask no I don't have any screenshots so just take my word for it.
