Might be because you told windows your network is a public network by accident.

Well it turns out that some services were turned off.  Seems to work fine now.

So I am trying to access my network computers on Windows 10, but I cant see them. So I went to the Advanced sharing settings and saw that network discovery is not on. So I go on and enable it and click save changes. But, it does not enable. It turns off again. Any help is appreciated.

You are on a need to know basis, and you don't need to know.
