BEST $1500-$2000 WORKSTATION PC

So, my mom needs a REALLY good PC. Her current pc is getting old. She does ALOT of multitasking, and video stuff for houses (She does Real Estate). I would want this PC to last ALONG TIME!!! She wouldnt need a huge GPU really, she only uses one to plug into the monitor. She needs Windows 7 or 10 with Office (powerpoint, word, excel, onedrive, etc). I would like an SSD so everything is SAFE and FAST!!! He favorite color is green btw (green lighting). She already has a monitor, although i dont know how big it is. Thanks! :)

She doesn't need a $1500 Build for real estate, even if you want it to last a long time, just get an i7 4790 + 16gb ram and 750ti. Your (mum is) set.
