Planing to change cooling help!!

Hi, i changed like my CPU cooling from stock to H60 corsair, i changed because the  AMD stock fan was LOUD as f... and also vibrates a lot!, so i changed it and now i have this loud H60... i would like to know what can i do to fix it? also my h60 has a little heating problems, living in a heat area doesnt help too much (39 C in Spring)... any tips? i was thinking in buying a pair of Corsair SP120 and putting them in my H60 radiator to pull out the heat of the case... any help?
