No video signal on board or through gpu.

My computer froze up during a very undemanding game and after restarting there is no video signal from gpu. I took out my god and tried on board, still no signal. I know my PC is booting into windows because of the sound and my peripheral apps launching successfully specifically razors for my DSU keyboard which allows me to have a visual indication that it's working. I have tried switching to secondary bios on mobo and gpu. I have cleared cmos, power cycled my PC tried removing all devices not required to boot. I have also checked my monitor both ports and they seem to be fine. I have also replaced CPU thermal compound at the recommendation of a friend. Still not getting video, any help is appreciated!

System specs:

CPU: Intel 4770k not overclocked

MoBo: gigabyte z87 g1 sniper5

Gpu: 780ti Evga Ssc not overclocked

Psu: Evga supernova1000watt gold

Ssd: Intel 730 240gig

Case: Phanteks entho luxe

Clear CMOS and use iGPU to uninstall video drivers. Reinstall drivers and set PCI device as video.

Onboard video not working either.

Sounds like the monitor. Try a different one yet?

Also tried hooking up PC to my TV (closest thing to a spare monitor I have) same issue

Try different RAM. Sometimes that can be the issue.

Tried reseating CPU and gpu and clearing coos still nothing. I don't have spare ram but what I have done is swapped slots and tried just one stick, I still get to Windows which I shouldn't with bad ram ( audio indication of getting to Windows as well as keyboard indication)

Alright. Try a different connection instead of what you were using.

This sounds like the exact problem I am having.

My game froze, then there were some nvidia errors, (didnt get a very good look at them) and then I tried restarting my pc.

But now i dont have any video input either.

Also when i start it up now, it restarts every 5 minutes or so

Re-install Windows and get new drivers.

Take the drive out.

Put it in another system.

Backup files.

Format.

Reinstall.

Or reinstall without affecting files if you're running Windows 10.

I things have gotten more complicated, I have my CPU in another mobo and the on board is fine. However my monitor is a bit old the the interface is only dvi and vga. The Vga is working fine but the dvi isnt. And my mobo and gpu don't have vga support so everything ran thru dvi. So it's either my gpu my mobo, or my monitor dvi port, or any combination of the 3. I have an adapter coming on Saturday so hopefully I can find out if it's just my monitor port before I go to work.
