Digital USB input for headphones & Mic

I had a G430 logitech headset  and it had a little USB input device.

 

 

Unfortunately the USB input device died. Is there anything I can get that will mimic the functionality of this dongle? Using the analogue inputs in the front of the case introduces a stack of microphone noise at decent volumes. But the digital input had none.

Thats just what Im looking for, just in Australia, not the states unfortunately. I'll have a hunt for an equivalent item in local shops!

I suspect that would help too, but its a huge inconvenience unfortunately.
