11% of how much? If it's 4 or 8Gb, don't worry about it. If it's 128Gb, y'all gots a problem

11% of how much ram? the real number that matters is how much gb. If you have 16GB RAM like I have, 11% are 1.9GB so it is normal.

Windows runs on your computer, and that consumes memory. The memory amount varies based on how much RAM you have, and how Windows is configured. Usually it should be at around 2-3GB mark. The more you have, the more Windows will consume it, as it will load more things to it, to have things fast and fluid, and ready to go, boosting your experience by making Windows itself being faster and more responsive.
