The vodafone Smart prime 6 is your best option if you don't mind having to unlock it to support your carrier. If you are already using vodafone, then happy days.

It really depends. What you want. Are you looking for something with a good camera? Something that can play graphic intensive games smoothly? The all around job? Do you mind what brand?

In my country all these phone have the same price,

I want a good camera and low lag

i have the lumia 640 which i got for £75 and it never lags and has a decent camera but it has windows so if you dont mind the lack of games on the store or the moto g im geting on the 14th of april and il tell you what its like

the cubot note s has 2gb ram and 3G and all the other have 1gb and 4G

even though is not in your option, i found (i have one) that the Leagoo Alfa 4 is a great phone for such a budget

dont choose microsoft lumia 640 lte becuz no android and barely any app support
