All of a sudden I’m getting interference through my headphones if the sound is above 60%, it never use to happen.

How can I fix it?

You just said you plug your headphones into the headphone jack in the front panel of the case...plug them into your motherboard.

The cable is acting like an antenna and picking up the noise given off by the components inside your computer.

You can buy a cable extension on eBay for a few bucks.

The cable that runs from your front panel to your motherboard is picking up the interference. There are many components that could give it off.

@MayflowerElectronics

1. Oh so its picking up from hardware inside case not internet wifi dongle?

2. Please tell me what it most likely is and or a list of things it could be.

3. Why doesn't it pick up when plugged into rear IO on motherboard?

@MayflowerElectronics

why wont you be able too?

4. and why does it only happen over 60% volume?

4. You can't hear it until you turn up the volume enough.

1.  yes.

2. fans and hard drives especially

3. It's grounded against the computer case and the motherboard pcb, unlike the front panel cord

Its not picking up interfence of the back because there is as close to a direct conect from the sound card to the headphones as you can get. As for the interference showing up only over %60, my guess is that the noise is there at lower volumes, but isn't as loud because the gain isn't as high.

Use handbrake.  I won't violate the DMCA and show you how to rip DVDs or BDs, however.
