My Build -- Advice? Changes I should make?

So, here is my build. I would love to hear people's input or advice. This is my first time building my own rig but I've put in a lot of time and research. If you think I should use different part(s), give me a suggestion.

P.S: I can't afford to go above $1,200

Replace the gtx 970 for a R9 390 because its cheaper and has about the same preformance. (or higher)

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

Better for under 1200, maybe spend a little more one the mobo for usb 3.1.

Way better ssd

Better/equal gpu

better cpu

newer plattform

double the ram

btw why is ddr4 so cheap now?

I bought 16gb for over 100 euro a few months ago, now I kinda feel cheated because i could have gotten 32gb........

if you're fine with no overclocking, can consider this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/kBMZnQ

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

I was planning on the gtx 970 but I'm slightly concerned because I'm using a 1440p monitor. I'll my gamer friends assure me the 970 will be fine but I don't want to max out the V-Ram. A lot of you have suggested the R9-390 (it definitely has a lot more V-Ram). My only concern is the longevity of AMD hardware vs Nvidia...HELP!!!

AMD hardware usually lasts longer than nvidia. And with dx12 favouring AMD hardware better for you to get r9 390

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

The 950 PRO isn't worth the extra money over the 850 EVO for day to day useage.

EVGA NEX is not a good psu.
