When I click the windows logo nothing happens, nor can I access it through the windows key on my keyboard

If it's windows 10, that's a  known bug. Restarting the computer fixes it

You know how it is, the cow goes "moo", the dog goes "woof" and the gamer goes "The PvP is unbalanced."

Ive tried restarting as well as a shutdown, it still doesnt work

Your pc is fully up to date with windows updates yes?
