Just in case you are not joking, that is not actually true here. This embedded board is much like a rasberry pi. They are priced just fine, and are not intended for normal daily computing use. They are a microcontroller more or less. Use cases would be the PCU of a rc car, or a remote network security sniffer, or a prank controller. Think of it as the motherboard behind a door contol, and you will understand. It needs neither speed, nor a lot of ram and storage.

Yes , i know but if you look a 60$ New board , will be better buy a 30$ used
