Need good usb mic

So i need a good usb mic for a budget of 130$. The top of my list is the at2020usb+ but does that one have a gain knob. If not is there anything else you would reccomend. I mostly record saxaphone and commentaries. Thank you!

Siberia v2 (get the version with USB, or buy a analog-usb adapter) its not a stand alone mic, but the quality is amazing. so it saves you money.

That is some horrendous advice.

 

He's wanting to record an instrument, and some cheap headset microphone is not going to cut it.

You have a $130 budget and you recommend a snowball @_@.( I would not recommend a snowball IF YOU HAVE MORE MONEY, its  pretty good price/perf, but it wasn't good enough for me).

That particular microphone does not have a gain knob. The Blue Yetis do, but my musically inclined friends have found that they get better results with the Audio-Technica you mentioned, or the Rode NT-USB.

im not the best with microphones, but from what ive found the Rode NT-USB would be best.

Doesn't have a gavn knob.  Only down side to that mic.
