How do i remove Windows imput languages?

So i have a very annoying problem, i have 3 different Keyboard imputs that somehow randomly switch from one to another. In the language settings it only show that i have 1 keyboard layout. I got Sweidsh, English and Norwegaian layouts that i can switch between. I relly want to remove the Norwegian and the English keyboard layouts. How do i do that? Thanks

in your settings panel go to time and language then to region and language then click on one of the languages and click remove

I can't do that This is the only thing i see. But i can still if i press Win+Space choose between Norwegian, English and Swedish.

are you using win10?

because i was talking about the settings panel, not control panel

Nope, just still the one language, not all 3.
