Look at the Razor Blade Stealth series. Their $1400 model comes with a i7-6500U, 1 TB3 port, and I think its a 12.5" UHD Display. Even their cheaper $1000 model come with this setup I believe.

That's half the performance of a quad-core i7. Not what the OP needs.

That is a dual core.
OP the thing is that 13.3-14 inch laptops rarely has a quad core in them and I dont think any of those who has a quad core cpu also has a thunderbolt port. Why do you need a thunderbolt port anyways? If it's is for external gpus the maker of the laptop also need to make software that can enable the use of external gpus and that is not a sure thing that they will do that.

Before you buy amp and dac.  My thoughts on the M50x  Ultimate Ears Reference monitor review I might have a thing for audio...

I dont know, I found this on the US site where all the 14 inch Y700 has quad cores. I can find that laptop in Denmark with a 960m and the other wise the same specs.

Odd then. Will look into this, though it's not uncommon for certain models to have some odd region-locked specs in certain countries. Like the older Asus G50 series had an 850M version pop up hither and dither.

Its for eGPU. Future proofing. I'm using the laptop at school as some portable laptop. When at home, I play games with it. Basically 2 birds with one stone.

That's what gaming laptops are fore. eGPU is abysmal price:performance and costs around 2000$ just to get the same performance of a 1500$ laptop (since the 980M and 970 perform close to each other, a 970 + PSU + casing + laptop that has a proper quad-core CPU = over 2000$ whereas a 980M laptop such as the G752 can be had for 1600$)

yes but as I have said before just because they have the port for it does not mean that the support is there. And you better be ready to spend over 2k, when there comes a laptop out on the market, that the company says will support eGPU.
