pc doesn't turn on

hello, guys so i have this problem sometimes, by tunring on the pc, nothing happens, just cpu light gets turned on, and nothing diplayed, or mouse keyboard works, but sometime, pc gets on, and after sometmie, full white screen appears, or blue and nothings happens then, then switching off the plug and still , same prob, by mistake if its starts , same full white screen error at any time, i reinserted all the wires correctly, again , and again same prob im not sure where is the problem mayibe you could help me up?

Did he transport the computer around? Maybe something got knocked out.

i feel like we are begin trolled here... anyway if you tried RLY everything then only case that i can think of is either GPU ripperino or the CPU instant overheat

what do you mean trolled, im just trying to fix my friends pc -_- and yeah i think it might be that his gpu jsut ripped
