whether it'll do what you want is the main problem

if you just wanna watch the led on the motherboard flash then it'll do just fine

but if you want it to atleast post, you need rams

Works as a paper weight, coffee table, noise maker, power eater, cat perch, . . . not as a computer. As others have pointed out, memory is needed. But if it will satisfy requirements is a complete unknown, even assuming some compatible memory.
