HELP PLEASE

Hello, I don't know if anyone could help or has heard of this issue. But my computer at random times freezes up and then the mouse starts to lag and then it starts to beep when ever I move it across the screen. I tried unplugging the mouse and plugging it back in but after that it doesn't turn back on. In order for me to fix this I have to hard reset my computer every time. I have a Razer mamba tournament edition. I ran AV and nothing, chkdsk and nothing, nothing seemed odd or out of the ordinary in event log(I also am not 100% sure what to look for)... But it happens randomly it does happen during games sometimes, its happened in RB6: siege before and payday 2. But then it also happened while I was just on google browsing Newegg and amazon. it actually just happened now... I was playing RB6 Siege about an hour ago, and now I'm just browsing the internet. I've tried different USB ports and the same thing is happening... Any and all help would be appreciated, thank you!

malwarebytes, ASC9, and maybe clam for windows. 

If you have'nt ried a driver update or reinstall then i would try that first.
