GPU problems

Hey, im having some problems with my graphics card, sometimes my coreclock and memoryclock get stuck at 324 Mhz even while im ingame.  The high clockspeed is over 1000Mhz witch is waht it should be when i play. This thing comes and goes, i don't know why. Thanks

it have never gone over 65C so it should be fine i guess

Is just reporting that, or can you notice the drop in clockspeed?

I can notice very good, form 60-80 FPS on BF4 In High to 15 FPS
