Starting to build my gaming pc

Im not sure that I have parts that will work for a gaming pc im trying to get a cheap one but I want it to work well im not familiar with pc building and the parts this is the stuff I have and please let me know if you recommend anythingref=psd_msi_n_B006EWUO22_B008I647AM

What budget, what county, is it just for gaming?

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...
