Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible for me to use my iGPU to power one HDMI display while my dGPU is powering my main display

the external display will only be used for tasks like watching movie or browsing the internet, gaming will be done on my main display

i need to use the iGPU because my dGPU only supports one HDMI, and both my monitor uses HDMI

Spec:

Motherboard: Asus B150 Pro Gaming AURA

GPU: Asus Strix GTX 970

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

yep its completely possible, all you have to do is turn on igpu in the bios and then plug a monitor into it

pretty sure thats possible.

my asus motherboard just had a bios setting to enable igpu when a dgpu is plugged in, and BOOM. plug & play.

(or in my case, pray, plug, pray again, cross some fingers, praise jesus, pray more, and eventually hope it works...)
