Hi! I know this is the second time a Hackintosh help thing has been posted tonight, but I thought it would be cool to have a dual boot, Windows 10 or Mac OS. Here are my problems: I do NOT have a Mac, and I would only be able to set apart a limited partition on my Hard Drive that is being currently used. Is it possible? And would it threaten my HDD files?  Thanks.

Use Niresh or find an official dmg/iso to download (highly not recommended). You can use a partition on your hard drive and you'll be fine, but I would definitely recommend using a separate drive.

How much is OS X? Would it possible to run it and maybe a few other small programs on a 16GB Flash Drive? I only have 2 HDDs , but one I currently put into another system and installed Windows on it. I also have one that seems to be dead. I hear the disk moving, but it does not pop up in BIOS nor Windows at all.

you could also buy a 120GB SSD for like $50-60 and enjoy the OS being super fast.

No, don't use a usb stick. It will be way too slow. If you can't use a separate drive, it might be better to just do a VM like @spartaman64 suggested. Then, you can have a dynamically sized virtual drive. It will size up as needed.

you could use something like a sandisk extreme pro usb stick that can do read speeds of 260MB/s and writes of 240MB/s

at that price you are better off getting an internal SSD thats the same capacity but double those speeds

How exactly would that work? How would that effect performance on the Windows side of things, but I don't think my Current SSD drive has enough storage to support another OS.I really don't want to spend money, I just thought it would be something fun to do to get a new OS.

probably your best bet right now if you dont want to spend money is to install it in a virtual machine

You would probably be fine in terms of speed and performance, unless you're considering using it extensively. It's also much easier to start hackintoshing on a VM. Everything goes much more smoothly than on an actual computer. Just follow these instructions.

I really don't know much about VM. So if I allocate like 6GB of RAM and 40GB on my Hard drive to it, but will it use my RAM and cores and GPU at ALL when I don't turn on the OS? Will it effect my PC at all in Windows? Does it disable windows and jump to OS X? I don't really understand how it works.

with that guide (using VMbox  VirtualBox is it called?) it will open in a window, which you can full screen. It will only use those resources when running ( it will use HDD all the time, because it stores stuff ), so you aren't handicapping your hardware when you aren't running it.

When you start the VM, it will basically open OS X in a window. When it is not running, it will not use ANY system resources. It will not disable Windows. Windows will run in the background. It cannot affect Windows at all, which is why some people use them to test shady downloads. If your VM gets a virus, you can just delete the VM and the virus is gone. And if you use a dynamically allocated virtual drive, when you allocate 40GB, it will use a max of 40GB. If you don't use that much space, it won't take up that much space.

Sorry for late reply. If it doesn't say 64 bit, you probably have Hyper-V enabled. If you use Hyper-V, you have to turn it off and restart your computer whenever you want to use VirtualBox, and then turn it on and restart when you're done. If you don't use Hyper-V, you can just disable it. For instructions to disable Hyper-V, see this answer or the one below it. After you finish that, try again with the Yosemite ISO.

Yes I have already figured it out. (1) I had Virtualization disabled on my board. (2) I had it installed on my D: Drive (3) I had to look a little more closely than I should have to find the torrent link for the YosemiteZone.Iso. Right now it is installing, but so far so good.

I wouldn't try it. The one time I tried to update a Mavericks VM to 10.9.1, it broke. Updating just doesn't seem to be very stable. You could try if you're willing to reinstall though.

Ok, I have decided to not VM. Its causing some problems and there is a lot of bugs with it and seems really complicated. I pulled the Other HDD out of the computer, and if I ever need it again, I can just wipe OS X and reinstall Windows 10. So, that being said, how can I get El Capitan OS X on my HDD like a normal install, except I don't have a mac.

Just as a warning, it will be WAAYYY more buggy, complicated, and time-consuming doing it as a standalone OS install. It will require a good bit of your own research and I highly recommend trying it (and succeeding) on a VM first.

Anyway, use this guide. Besides this, you will need to do some research on using a GTX 970 for a hackintosh, as it most likely will not work out of the box. This entire process will take many hours, lots of research and troubleshooting, and may not even work in the end. Check out these sites for help, as well as this one.
