Temps idle 40'C, Load 55 to 59 at 100% load with stress test. are those good temps?
(using coolermaster hyper evo 212 heatsink)

You can go up in voltage, up to slot 1.35v. so long as the temps stay under 85°C when stress testing you're good. The 212 evo should be able to handle 1.25 at least, unless the ambient temperature is pretty high

My rig:
CPU: i5 4690k 24/7 @4.4ghz (1.165v) Max 4.7ghz (1.325v) COOLER: NZXT Kraken X61 MOBO: Asus Z97-A   RAM: 16GB Crucial Ballistix Tactical   GPU: EVGA GTX 970 SSC   PSU: EVGA GS 650W   CASE: NZXT Phantom 530 HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1TB + WD Black 2TB
