That i5 will bottleneck that 760 quite a bit.

Personal Build Project "Rained-On"

the cpu and gpu are quite even, if you want better perfomance you have to buy both: gpu and cpu. I would start with a good gpu and then look how much money is left and maybe save some more and get a haswell i3-4130 as it is preety cheap and not much slower than the i5-4670k.

                                                                                      wow... pretty empty here...

but alot of people say that the frostbite 3 engine is more of a gpu based rather than a CPU . And I pretty much only play bf4

There's a difference between a cup not being able to provide enough for a game and it holding back a Gpu.

or you could try an overclock it if you have a solid cooler somewhere lying around... maybe being used as a doorstop or smthng :D

That would definately save you some money. But it still wouldn't be ideal solution. Still, you'll be able to play bf4 in high... And you can always upgrade next year when you have the money, and AMD give us some new chips :)

Intel 4770k@4.6GHz, ASUS ROG Maximus VI Hero, Kingston HyperX Beast 2x8GB 2400MHz CL11, Gigabyte GTX 1070 Gaming, Kingston HyperX 3k 240GB - RAID0 (2x120Gb), 2xWD 1TB (Blue and Green), Corsair H100i, Corsair AX860, CoolerMaster HAF X, ASUS STRIX Tactic pro, Logitech G400S, HyperX Cloud II, Logitech X530, Acer Predator X34.
