Are your fans PWM (4 pin controllable) or just 3 pin fans?

Speedfan needs some extra configuring on some mobos. First mobo needs to be using latest BIOS version. Then all headers needs to be set to default/normal mode. After that go to Advanced from that guides 4th point and select Software controlled to PWM1-x. This makes Gigabyte mobos work with Speedfan. Maybe MSI ones too.
