My desktop won't display

I just got new desktop I built it my self, and the pc Is running fans are on cpu is on and gpu fan Is on, but my monitor cant or won't detect my pc and it keep going to power saving mode. I have tested it on multiple monitors and tv but none work  some one plz help!!! (Keep in mid that I have not installed any drivers or even the operating system and because of the problem I can't see or do anything)

 

Pc specs:

Msi geforce gtx 970 4gb gddr5

Evga 650g fully modular power supply

x1 8gb ram kit

Asus b85m-g r2.0

I5 4690k

Tp link pie wire less express adapter

1tb wd hdd drive

Nzxt h440

Did you plug in the cpu power connector? :)

Also, reset the CMOS.

Re-Check all cables, Double check if you put cables in the right places, if that doesnt work just buy me.

CMOS. BIOS. UEFI. There's a button or a jumper on the mobo.

Edit: It's likely a jumper on that board. Should say something like CLEAR CMOS by it or RESET CMOS etc.

I just reset the cmos didn't work still a blank screen and the monitor still goes to power saving mode

Did you reset it by setting it to reset, powering on, powering off? Another thing is try cleaning all the contacts on graphics card/memory with a brand new clean pencil eraser.
