I want to replace the side panel windows with some glass

What type of glass should I use?

Would It be expensive to do?

Last I checked, the Phanteks Enthoo Pro M comes with a high-quality transparent plastic window that doesn't easily give way to scratches.

Unless you want a tint or something, why do you want to replace the acrylic window with glass?

Well, that's a shame.

I'll admit that I know as much about glass as I know about the mating habits of Komodo Dragons- precisely nothing. However, NVidia has a series of case mod videos called 'GeForce Garage'- one of the few helpful things they've created. In one of their videos (here), they cut a window into an old Antec 900 series case. They might have pointers on what kind of plastic or glass to use.

I have a guide here under Window Mod which covers both cutting and installation of glass, but in general you can use regular window glass as long as you are careful.
