Motherboard Manufacturers

Hello Forum!

So my Asus Maximus board died, and I am in the market for a new one.

Now I am NOT asking for suggestions on a specific board and I did see Linus's video regarding motherboards, but the only thing I kinda hoped he touched on was manufactures and their QC.

I have done what linus suggested by looking at reviews, but the ones I am looking at seems to have the same amount of review stances within one another.

Since z170 boards have been out for a while, has MSI gotten better or is it still Asus and Gigabyte boards still holding strong?

Thanks in Advance!

MSI has definitely improved their motherboards.  But I think you could go with either of the 3 tbh.

Asus is HORRIBLE for QC and customer support

I have made a "database" for warranty service see my signature below.

It goes

EVGA>MSI>Gigabyte>Asus>Asrock

In terms of customer support and warranty.

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

I was tempted to buy the M7 one too. At least I have more options to consider!
