6300 would be a good budget chip

8350 would also be fine i guess(?)(dont quote me on this)

6300 (my CPU) is really good, I OC'd it up to 4.5GHz on the Hyper212 evo with really good temps (max 50°C while gaming)

 

8350 is like a 6300 with two extra cores. In benchmarks I crushed a non-OC'd 8350 with my OC'd 6300.
