We need to know if you need mice, keyboard, screen, speakers, O.S. included in the €1000. How flexible is your budget? Where are you located as well (shipping). Check out hardwareversand.de. It's is fairly cheap compared to normal euro prices but only makes sense if you are buying majority of products there. Shipping tends to add up if you start buying from loads of different places.

If you would convert that into Euro's, it would be €1198,95

Plus you can add almost another €100 for shipping.

This is very bad build for 1000euro/1400$. You're spending money where's no need. He can get gtx 780 which is MUCH more powerful than 7950,you'll get roughly about 30fps more on average

You miss the point. Prices in the US are far away from prices in EU. This is based on real prices and he can't get anything better. Also allways remember: $=€.

It is mainly for gaming.

I am in Belgium.

Don't need any periferals

Here you go: http://fr.pcpartpicker.com/p/1Exj5

Replace the 212 Evo and the case's stock fans.

Single 120mm for each the Evo, base, and rear of the case. 2 in the front.

Crossfire ready.
