Which Audi S3 is this?

I think this is a 2008 model S3, i need to know the exact model. the same 4 door, same lights design. I know there is an A3 that looks just like this but ever since i saw this S3 in person i have fallen in love with it and i want to own one in my life.

Edit: I am in the US (NY) so if you want to link some used cars that be nice.

Looks like a 2008-2012 S3 Sportback.

yea with some more hours of research its sadly not in the US Audi got the new 2016 s3 in the US but it doesnt look as nice in my opinion (and its also 20-30k more than a used 2009 s3). I was thinking that I would just buy an A3 and customize it to the specs of the S3 and then some. But i am also not made of money.
