Are 450 Watts enough ?

Curently using a Corsair VS 450 80+ Plus Bronze and i'm looking to buy an FX 8350 , my curent GPU is a GTX 960 and only got 2 120mm fans and 1 HDD , i will change the PSU in a year or two but i'm just wondering if the PSU is enough for the FX 8350 with 16gb of ram and a GTX 960 .

Well, it's ok, but you hit PSU's limits, also under load your PSU will be sweaty little bit.

 

I suggest any 80+ Bronze starting with 520W-600W

520W Seasonic or EVGA

According to PC Part Picker it will consume 366 Watts under load and in Cooler Master PSU Calculator it says 380 , i'll keek the VS for now and upgrade to a better quality psu in a year or two .

Don't get that PSU, if you want corsair, look at the HX/i, RM/x/i and AX/i units; their VS are poo, and the CX have dropped down in quality a lot.

I'd get a 550W+ 80+bronze unit, you can go EVGA or XFX, they usually have good cheap stuff.

450w will be fine. get a better psu

I already have the VS 450 and i am going to replace it in the near future , i know it's a bad psu , but i found it on sale for 20 euros half a year ago which isn't that bad .

450W isn't far off from twice what that system will be using under any circumstances. You should be fine there. The VS isn't amazing but it's enough for a GTX 960.
