So, after years and years of subliminal message from LTT to use Squarespace, I finally passed it on by accident.  I was sitting in my computer science class and somebody asked about how they shuold get into web design if they didn't really know html, and I just blurted out squarespace.  They ended up trying it and liking it, but I just thought that it was funny how badly I wanted them to use squarespace, just from hearing linus say it after every video

I can help with programming and hardware.

I did the same thing when my girlfriend said she wanted to move her blog to it's own site.  She called me out on it too lol.  "You just said squarespace cause of those computer videos you watch"

I tried squarespace but didn't like it in the end, it's TOO simple. Good for people that want something easy and low maintenance but I couldn't do a lot of the things I wanted. Plus their stupid ass student discount is a lie! My uni gets a 50% discount? My salty asscheeks they do! It was more like 20% >_>

 

But the tag line isn't a lie, they do build it beautifully ;)
