temperature sensor help

Cyracus

Long story short I need to get a temperature sensor to stick to my graphics card and I have absolutely no idea where to find one everything I've seen says to stick it to the back of the card where the gpu is so I'd need a sensor and tape that could handle that, or better advice on where to put it, this is my card http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5266#ov  So I'm hoping someone here will be able to help me find what I need

E: Forgot to mention I have an Asus z170-a mobo with a spot for a 2 pin sensor

The GPU itself has a sensor on board and can be seen by software so it would be redundant to add another sensor, however for those 2 pin sensors the standard are 10K NTC film termistors.

doesn't work with Asus fan xpert 3. Speedfan was my first option but it unfortunately won't work, and google hates me so if there's any other programs that might work to accomplish this, I can't find them. Also in case it matters they're 3 pin fans, an unfortunately overlooked detail during design

Ah with Asus they seemed to have tied it in only with their Asus branded GPU's with that functionality unfortunately, Speed fan would be the next best option. For the temp probe however a film thermistor in this case say put in between the fins of the GPU cooler would give fairly accurate temps with the 2 pin option.

I've used electricians tape back when I had thermal probes places inside case. Its non-conductive can can take about same or more heat that wires can.
