It's a quad core... And who cares that it's 4th gen... The difference between haswell and skylake is not much

My i5-6600 runs at 85%-93% on GTA V, whilst my R9 390 (not R9 390X) is at 100%. You may be very close, and from experience, anything above 95% causes frame drops for the CPU.
