I want to build a gaming pc on low budget.
What do you think is this config good?

RAM: Kingston Value Ram 8GB DDR4-2133 Mhz 

Storage: WD Caviar Blue 1TB
GPU: MSI GTX 960 4GB GDDR5 OC (not the gaming 4g one)

By maybe a couple frames. 

The second one is probably a better option because R9 380 (2GB).

Pretty sure its more than that, the 950 already does beat the r7 370:
