If it plastidip my notua fans black it will be a problem?

Plasti-dip cannot be used on fans as it require a very thick layer for proper coverage and will add significant weight to the fans compared say to spray paint. It is possible to spray paint the fans but just not really recommended as it can affect some of the design details that were built into those fans.

There could be.  If it is not balanced perfectly it could vibrate and reduce speed and increase noise and wear, and regardless it could disrupt the airflow over the blades by changing the shape slightly.

never try painting on a fan before but i think it's best to leave them alone, uneven surface from paint job might cause fan to loose balance when spinning fast and lose the purpose of delivering steady airflow ... unless they are done professionally? Just my opinion, not too sure.

I've seen plenty of people paint their fans, but to do it properly, you must remove the fan blades and spray those with regular spray paint, then put everything back together praying to grandmaster Linus and Lord Gayben that you didn't mess up the magnets and bearings in the fan blade.
