Looking for a graphics card

Tangent5

I am looking to build my first computer.  I like what the Z170 skylake has to offer and will probably go with an i5 6500.  I am looking for a graphics card to suite my needs.  I don't need anything extremely high-end, I want to buy in the $100-200 range (U.S. $).  I'm not looking to max out any games just solid performance at 1080p. Any recommendations?  I am thinking of going with the MSI Radeon R7 370 2GB.

R9 380 isn't a bad choice for AMD if you're willing to spend a little extra.

I guess the GTX 960 is another option for Nvidia for your budget.

Definitely the R9 380 4GB if you can spend up to $200. Turn off the terrible NVidia-exclusive settings like PhysX, HBAO+, or Gameworks in most games, and you'll max them out at 1080p and get close to a consistent 60FPS.

I'd rather stay on the lower end of the budget, I just like to save money.  Do either the R9 380 or the R7 370 have reference PCB's or custom in case decide I'd like to try water cooling? Despite the fact that I probably won't need it?

Watercooling such a low end GPU isn´t worth it to be honest. Just go with a R9 380 MSI or Sapphire and you´ll be all set.
