Just sign up for a massive amount of beta's all the time and give replies. I mean anyone can do it. However I don't think anyone gets paid for doing it if that is what you are asking...

At their website, all you need to do is keep track of future games like I do, and wait for their beta/ open alpha or whatever the fuck their doing.

For example, this game i've been waiting for

For what? Different beta tests have different entry requirements.

Some tests have open betas where anyone can take part. Some are exclusive, where people apply and then a few get in. Some are completely closed and people are hand picked by those hosting the beta.

Mirror's Edge: Catalyst has a beta that requires you to apply, then you may be picked, for example. http://www.mirrorsedge.com/beta

I was wondering, how do people become beta testers? Do you guys know any way to? I was interested how.

Sign up for betas, make good videos, then in the future, companies will send you beta keys so you can cover them

You can also apply for a job in a software/games company as a software beta tester, though its a crap job

When my company (Kabam inc.)  is still in the process of developing a new game, we usually keep it private until launch, and then just continue to update the game overtime to fix any bugs.

However, I know most games on Kickstarter or Indiegogo have the option to beta-test the game at a certain donation level.

I have tried testing a game or two in beta (such as catastrophe haha) and it doesn't really have much benefit over just playing the game on prod. after it launches.

Anyways, I would again recommend checking sites like Kickstarter or IndieGoGo for opportunities to beta testing

Depends on Beta. Open Betas you sign up for in webpage made for software or game in question. When they release patch of keys, emails are sent to those with information they are interested about. Like where you live (online games server load), your specs (low vs med vs high end rigs) or just to get masses of users for torture testing servers.

Some game devs are using beta access to boost pre-orders. So thats one way.

Closed Betas and Alphas are harder to get in. Most of the time they are looking for people with previous testing experience. So that they get as much bug reports and experience from users as possible. Also companies with multiple previous betas and games (Blizzard) give closed Beta codes for loyal customers, professional gamers and streamer/youtubers. Basicly all who would help to promote their games.
