Huge fan of the LTT, so what better way to get advice, than the community of LTT

At our new office we get a 250mbit/250mbit Fiber connection. This needs to be distributed via a 24port switch (need 20 ethernet connections) and 1 connection for a WiFi Router.
As a backup we need a connected 4G router that will "kick in" if the Fiber stops working.

The Internet is only used for IP-Telephones, Computers, Printers and only simple webbrowsing. No big tasks.

Questions:
What Switch should i go for?
What WiFi Router do we need?
How should i connect the 4G backup router?

Please enlighten me :-)

For switch:

-Neatgear (most common option)

-Cisco (best but most expensive)

-HP (good, amazing warranty, next day)

For the Wi-Fi look into Uniquiti Unify and connect the router via the cable to the switch but keep it turned off.

What kind of budget do you have?  And what is the WiFi going to be used for?

I can give you a "ball park" shot at something but, I feel like we can hit a home run if I have more info.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

Budget is 800 USD for the switch and the Wifi Router, but if less is possible it would be great. The 4G router is already purchased

The WiFi is used for the same as the wired connections. NO heavy tasks. However good range is prefered since it is a concrete building.

So you need some failover to switch to 4G if only the fiber stops connecting. Easiest solution for newbies is getting the cheapest multi-wan router with that feature. There's more advanced option if you're experienced.
