How to remove Steam holds without the Mobile Authenticator

I'd like to sell my CS:GO skins as soon as possible, as I'd like to buy a Neon Rider and a name tag because of something that happened in a comp match (I was at 1000 ping 1v3 and I killed them with a MAC-10) but my skins are being held for 15 days. Steam Mobile Authenticator doesnt work on an iPod so I can't use it and I'd like to not do this on my dads phone as I often sell cards I get. Bluestacks doesn't work on my PC very well so thats out of the equation. What else can I do? Thanks!
