I am in the process of building a new PC and would like to use my current build as a Unraid NAS. My hope is to keep the price down and put most of the budget toward storage. Please review the below build and let me know if I need to change anything, or if my current build would not work as a NAS.

Thank you for any advice in advance.

Personally i think it not a good idea ... get i3 and make a day. If you gonna run 24/7 i would get i3 and keep that fx for maybe htpc.

I would agree but then I would have to get a new Mobo also plus the CPU. I'm guess that combine would be less than $200 if i go with haswell and not skylake. Any suggestions for which i3 and mobo?
