Putty is the most widely used SSH program by a long way, and works well. If you're using SSH keys, you should install the full package, which includes pageant to manage them.

There is actually an app for Chrome that lets you do SSH.  It may not offer much in the way of extra features or settings, but I like it because it's incredibly convenient, what with being built into chrome and all.  Just search "ssh" in the chrome store and it should be top of the list.
