how will CUDA help you?

Unless you edit video often/professionaly, I don't believe there are many other applications for it

The GTX 960 but the R9 380 still solidly beats it out.

a 4GB 960 would be similar, but not as good.

tbh, NVIDIA's budget offerings are pretty shit atm

If you want to stream to your shield, I would highly recommended a very good internet connection. 100mpbs preferably. Also you would probably want a 970.
