School overclocking club?

So, today I had a great idea. Why not suggest an overclocking club to the school. I mean there's already a Warhammer club here and on average 6-7 attend it. The main problem we'll have is acquiring said hardware, does anyone have any suggestions on how to overcome this drawback?

I made my own club and we do crazy things. Like overclock CRTs until they explode with yellow smoke. We also make viruses, websites, videos. We motorized a bike, watercooled a PC for $5 with an Altoids tin. We made a cluster computer with 65 of the schools old computers. Yeah it is great

Go for older hardware. Besides being better to achieve higher clocks, you don't have to worry bricking $300 CPU.

I agree, I would go with lga 775 or whatever you can get for cheap, that overclocks of course.

You can get pretty cheap ln2, I don't know about regulation in the US but school science lab over here can acquire it for half the price at least! You should check out with one of your science teacher or assistant
