It depends basically on your fan speed and what level you run them at, if you were to say use 3K RPM fans you can get much much more cooling but at the cost of a lot of noise. One important thing to note is the fluid temp should not exceed 60C for the pumps sake. 

 

Here's an idea of what is possible but a 240mm should be able to handle 200-250W while still being fairly quiet:
