Set-up a custom fan curve to cool it further. 

 

My card hit 1130 with barely any extra power - but takes a considerable amount for 1145. 

 

1130 - +13/+15 Power/Voltage respectively 

1145 - +50/+44 Power/Voltage respectively  

 

Both have a bit of artifacts in synthetic benchmarks, but none to speak of in real gameplay. 

 

Temperature stays around 70 during full load, but will peak close to 80.

Any time you overclock, should just have the power target set to max...should be 50%.
