memory type ddr4

Hey guys quick question,I'm building my new skylake i3 PC next week and I've got everything sorted but im mot to sure if my ram is compatible.i have the 8gig stick of hyper fury ddr4 2133.will this memory work with the board?thanks any help will be appreciated.

well skylake does work with ddr4, but can u give us more details in the processor, motherboard and ram models?

yeah sure,so the cpu is the skylake i3 6300 3.8GHZ 

 

the memory is the Kingston hyper fury 8gb ddr4 single stick module bus speed-pc417000(ddr4 2133)

 

the he motherboard is the AsRock Z170 Pro4S Skylake ATX Motherboard

no your ram will not work, it requires ddr4, some boards except ddr 3 but it has to be low voltage
